My name is Hanna Wiik-Rosenqvist and my business is called HW Textil.
I am an educated textile designer who loves nature and believe that we can affect our future with every decision we make. And as the textile industry is the second most pollutive industry, our choices when we shop clothes, most certainly affect the environment and nature.
I live and run my business on the Åland Islands, in the middle of the sea between Sweden and Finland. It is important for me to use high quality materials, produced as close to me as possible.
I weave mainly in wool yarns made in the Nordic countries and from Nordic sheep.
In my shop you can also find some minor handtufted stuff once in a while.
